After years in the exterior restoration industry, owners Sarah & Dustin saw firsthand what homeowners experienced after storms and major home damage. We started Oak & Iron because we wanted to create a company that puts relationships before transactions. Our goal has never been to be the biggest roofing company—it has always been to be the company our customers can confidently recommend to their family, friends, and neighbors. Nick proudly served in the United States Navy for more than 10 years as a Hull Technician First Class (HT1). During his military career, he worked as a Nuclear Components Welder, served as an Administrative Assistant to a Division Officer, and helped guide fellow sailors as a Career Counselor. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence continue to embody the values we strive to uphold every day at Oak & Iron.
